How do I register for KICK On-Demand?
In order to register with KICK On-Demand, you must be a current member of the Running Industry Association. Your membership will enable you to register online or via RIA Connect, our mobile app. Click here for detailed registration instructions.

If you are not a member please click here to sign up with the Running Industry Association. You must be a current member of the RIA in order to participate in the show.


How do I attend a session?
Once registered, your sessions will show up under “my events” in the RIA Connect app. The link for the presentation will populate at least 24 hours prior to the session. Whether you are using RIA Connect or registered via the RIA website, you will receive an email with the link 24 hours prior to the session.


I am a member but I don’t have an RIA login?
That’s no problem at all. We simply need you to register with the RIA website and you’ll be good to go. Click here to set up an account.


I have an RIA login but forgot my password.
No problem. Click here to do a password reset.


I’m not a member or my dues aren’t current.
Time to pony up! Click here to join or renew your RIA membership. Note, if you have a cash flow issue you can defer dues until 2021.


If a brand is using Elastic, how do I access both the presentation and the digital catalog at the same time?
Presentation platforms may vary depending on the preference of the presenting brands. In all likelihood, you’ll have 2 tabs open in your browser: 1) for the online catalog and 2) one for the presentation. This should allow you to toggle between the two as you see fit.

If you’re really savvy, you could probably do a split screen on Windows, Mac or Chromium.


What if I can’t attend a session on my schedule?
No worries! All live sessions will be recorded and posted within a few days after the session. We will send weekly notifications when session recordings are added. Likewise, they will appear in RIA Connect and online. Similar to the live events, you register and are sent the necessary links to view the recordings.


Can my employees attend?
Yes, absolutely! They simply need to register with the RIA website and follow the procedures to register for the appropriate sessions.
